A Saratoga Springs native, Mr. Kyne is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.

Stephen resides in Saratoga Springs, and enjoys time spent with his two Great Danes, horseback riding, and being outdoors.  When time permits, he also is an avid traveler with a fondness for the tropics.

 He is a founding partner of Sterling Manor Financial, LLC. The members of his team of professionals at Sterling Manor Financial each focus on a different aspect of financial planning* including retirement, education, estate, tax management, small business planning and more.

 Stephen's professional licenses include: FINRA Series 7, FINRA Series 66, New York State Life, Accident & Health Insurance.  He is also licensed to practice in New York, New Jersey, Nevada, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Arizona, California, and Florida.
